Bianca Diaz, LPC offers scheduled virtual mental health therapy services designed to support individuals facing various mental health challenges. This site is for informational, marketing, and communication purposes only and does not represent a client/therapist relationship. This site is meant to provide free and helpful information, and to inform you about the counseling services offered by Bianca Diaz, LPC as part of her virtual clinical mental health private practice. Bianca Diaz, LPC provides mental health therapy via a separate, secure, online platform called SimplePractice which lists additional terms of service separate from those listed on this website.

2. Eligibility

To access Bianca Diaz, LPC’s Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By using Bianca Diaz, LPC’s Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

By using this website you acknowledge that the client/therapist relationship will not begin until you have first completed a 15 minute phone consultation followed by a 60 minute intake session that results in individualized treatment plan creation in conjunction with Bianca Diaz, LPC’s services.

Bianca Diaz, LPC is committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential, except in the following situations:

  • If there is a risk of harm to yourself, others, or a vulnerable population including children, someone living with a disability, or the elderly).

  • If Bianca Diaz, LPC is required by law to disclose certain information (e.g., suspected abuse).

6. Limitations of Services

Services offered via this website are intended for informational and therapeutic purposes only and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact emergency services or visit your nearest emergency room.

Bianca Diaz, LPC does not guarantee results or outcomes for professional consultation or individual mental health therapy, as results will differ for each individual based on individual life circumstances, commitment to treatment, and active growth efforts made outside of therapy sessions. Before entering the therapeutic relationship with Bianca Diaz, LPC, you will be provided an Informed Consent document which will clearly list risks and benefits of engaging in therapeutic services.

Bianca Diaz, LPC DOES NOT provide crisis services and may not be immediately available outside of regular business hours, or when she is currently providing services to other clients. If you or someone you know is in need of medical attention, please dial 911 for local police and EMS, 988 for the National Suicide Hotline, or text 741-741 to reach the Crisis Textline.

7. Payment and Fees

This website does not collect insurance, credit card, or any other form of payment information. Payments for Services must be made via Bianca Diaz, LPC’s separate, secure, online electronic health record platform. Fees for sessions are clearly represented on the website and will be clearly stated during the booking process as well as in Bianca’s Good Faith Estimate made available to potential clients. All fees are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Bianca Diaz, LPC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

As a convenience to visitors, Bianca Diaz, LPC may provide links to web sites operated by other organizations. Such links do not imply or convey endorsement of said organizations. Further, these organizations are not covered under this agreement and are solely responsible for the content, security, terms of use and privacy issues of their web sites.
